HoJo, Wyndham Settle Phone Privacy Class Action For $1.5M
Howard Johnson International Inc. and Wyndham Hotel Group LLC have agreed to pay $1.5 million to settle a class action accusing the hotel chains of surreptitiously recording customer phone calls in violation of California's Privacy Act, according to a court filing Friday.
