Warehouse operator and Wal-Mart Stores Inc. contractor Schneider Logistics Transloading & Distribution Inc. has agreed to pay $4.7 million to settle a putative class action alleging wage-and-hour violations at several California warehouses, according to settlement papers made public Wednesday.
