A Massachusetts federal judge on Wednesday granted Vicor Corp. several more months to prepare to face off against its insurers, who seek to end a lawsuit that could force them to pay a bigger chunk of Vicor's $50 million settlement with Ericsson Wireless Communications Inc. over alleged equipment failures.
