GoDaddy Escapes False Ad Suit Over 'Free' Registration
An Arizona federal judge on Wednesday dismissed a putative class action accusing Internet domain provider GoDaddy LLP of illegally charging for private registration services it had previously advertised as free, saying a contract provision shortening the statute of limitations for such claims was reasonable.
