Hershey Says Ex-Workers' Age Bias Claims Lack Bite
The Hershey Co. asked a California federal judge Friday to further trim an age bias suit, arguing three former employees' individual claims are meritless and that a classwide claim doesn't hold up because of a failure to demonstrate a pattern of discrimination.

A California federal judge has trimmed a suit by former employees alleging Hershey Co. discriminated against them based on their ages, saying that six of the nine plaintiffs had signed legally adequate waivers giving up their right to bring age-based discrimination claims.
