NXP Says BlackBerry Attys Prejudiced Jury In Patent Fight
Dutch semiconductor maker NXP BV on Thursday said a Florida federal judge unfairly allowed BlackBerry Ltd. to argue to a jury about NXP's motives for bringing a patent suit against the smartphone maker and that it is entitled to a new trial.
