    Gevo Can't Ditch Butamax Counterclaims Over Biofuel Tech

    A Delaware federal judge on Monday refused Gevo Inc.'s bid to dismiss BP PLC and DuPont Co. joint venture Butamax Biofuels LLC's counterclaims in their ongoing patent battle over ethanol-alternative biofuel, saying a dispute still exists between the companies despite Gevo's covenant not to sue Butamax for use of certain products.
