Benihana Settles Atty Fee Battle In Haru Stakeholder Suit
Japanese steakhouse chain Benihana and Haru Holding Corp. stakeholders have settled a dispute over attorneys' fees, closing a seven-year-old suit tied to Benihana's 1999 acquisition of Haru, according to a Tuesday New York federal court filing.
