A Florida federal judge on Monday dismissed Duty Free Americas Inc.'s antitrust suit accusing Estee Lauder Cos. Inc. of attempting to force the retailer out of the airport retail sector and monopolize the beauty product market in duty-free shops, finding Estee Lauder's refusal to do business with the company wasn't anti-competitive.
