    Ex-Boston Scientific Worker Followed Noncompete, Judge Says

    A former Boston Scientific Corp. employee didn’t violate a settlement agreement that barred him from selling certain cardiac devices for rival St. Jude Medical SC Inc. by attending St. Jude promotional events at which the devices were discussed, a Minnesota magistrate judge said Thursday.
