Depomed Sues Cadila, Zydus Over Generic Gralise
Drug company Depomed Inc. lodged a patent infringement suit Wednesday in New Jersey in an effort to block plans by Indian drugmaker Cadila Healthcare Ltd. and its U.S. subsidiary to market a generic version of epilepsy medication Gralise.
