Ostrolenk Faber Loses Bid To Reclaim Fees From Biotech Co.
A New York federal judge Wednesday dismissed Ostrolenk Faber LLP's breach of contract claim in a suit chasing $400,000 in allegedly unpaid fees from biotech company Unigene Laboratories Inc. for patent registration work, a case Unigene previously called a “transparent” attempt to head off an impending malpractice suit.
