A Florida federal jury decided Wednesday that Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp. didn't negligently fail to sufficiently warn a prescribing physician of the risks of jaw injuries allegedly caused by the bone drugs Aredia and Zometa, granting the company a victory in a sprawling product liability battle.
