United Beats Suit Over Cuts To Frequent Flier Benefits
An Illinois federal judge on Thursday quashed a proposed class action accusing United Continental Holdings Inc. of improperly yanking frequent flier benefits from customers, finding that fliers who achieved "million miler" status were subject to the same contract as others in the program.
