    Mid-America Pipeline Co. LLC and Enterprise Products Operating LLC on Tuesday agreed to pay more than $1 million in civil penalties to settle violations of the federal Clean Water Act related to three natural gasoline pipeline spills in Iowa, Kansas and Nebraska.
