A federal judge on Thursday dismissed Suffolk Technologies LLC's suit alleging Google Inc.'s Google Adsense advertising placement technology infringed one of its patents, after Suffolk asked him to make a final dismissal ruling so it could file an appeal over previously tossed claims.
