Fee-Shifting Bylaw Valid Under Del. Law, Tennis Tour Says
ATP Tour Inc. urged Delaware's Supreme Court on Wednesday to find that the fee-shifting bylaw adopted by its board is in line with state law, a ruling key to the tennis association's bid to recover more than $17 million in attorneys' fees from member organizations that brought an unsuccessful antitrust suit.
