    Starbucks Corp. customers suing the coffee giant for violating the Americans With Disabilities Act by having counters that are too high for wheelchair and scooter users told a California federal court Monday that the chain’s request to dismiss the customers’ state law claims was an effort to delay a resolution in the four-year-long case.
