Porn Copyright Cases Reopened For Fraud Probe
A federal magistrate judge in Minnesota on Thursday reopened a series of cases alleging infringement of copyrights covering pornographic material in an attempt to ascertain whether the plaintiff's attorneys committed fraud on the court by relying on forged documentation to reach settlement agreements with unnamed defendants.
