Merck Whistleblowers Demand More Info On Mumps Vaccine
Two whistleblowers accusing Merck & Co. of fabricating data in order to induce the government to purchase its mumps vaccine are now arguing that the pharmaceutical giant refuses to provide answers on the vaccine's effectiveness, saying the company is "hiding behind a facade of confusion and obfuscation" on what the word "efficacy" means.

Whistleblowers Say Merck Falsified Mumps Vaccine Data
A Pennsylvania federal court on Tuesday unsealed a False Claims Act suit filed by two former Merck & Co. employees accusing the company of using improper testing techniques and falsified vaccine data to fabricate a high efficacy rate for its mumps vaccine.
