Following a judge's ruling last month that an Ethox Chemical LLC employee should be added as an inventor of a Coca-Cola packaging patent, Ethox moved Wednesday for $3.5 million in attorneys' fees over what it called "inexcusable" misconduct by Coca-Cola and its attorneys from Shook Hardy & Bacon LLP.
