A New York federal judge on Thursday decided to keep Eastman Kodak Co.'s patent row with Apple Inc. and its spinoff unit FlashPoint Technology Inc. in bankruptcy court, where Kodak is attempting to fend off Apple and FlashPoint's claims over 10 digital camera patents.

Apple Says Bankruptcy Court Can't Handle Kodak IP Row
Apple Inc. on Thursday asked a New York bankruptcy court to remove Eastman Kodak Co.'s suit over 10 digital camera patents to a federal district court, arguing the bankruptcy court is not equipped to handle a complicated patent case.
