Staffing Co. Randstad Pays $5M To Exit Pay, Break Suit
Staffing company Randstad US LP has struck a $4.9 million settlement in a class action brought in California federal court on behalf of hundreds of workers who allegedly were misclassified and didn't get overtime pay or meal periods, the plaintiff said Tuesday.
