A Texas federal judge on Thursday refused to disqualify Vinson & Elkins LLP from representing generic-drug maker Actavis Mid Atlantic LLC in a patent fight with dermatological giant Galderma SA, finding Galderma agreed to let its old firm represent clients that opposed it.
