A Baltimore federal judge refused Monday to toss a copyright case against Electronic Arts Inc. over the Baltimore Ravens' old "Flying B" logo, holding that the inclusion of the logo in Madden NFL video games didn't amount to fair use.

NFL, Ravens Say They Fairly Use Designer's Logo
NFL Enterprises LLC and the Baltimore Ravens asked a Maryland federal judge on Wednesday to toss allegations that historical photos and video clips featuring the football team's old logo violated the designer's copyrights, saying their use of the design was "patently transformative."
