Minn. County Treasurer Sues Fannie, Freddie Over Unpaid Taxes

A Minnesota county treasurer hit the agencies overseeing Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac with a putative class action in federal court on Tuesday in an effort to collect at least $75,000 in unpaid excise taxes from which the housing giants allegedly claimed they were exempt.
