    A Texas federal judge said Tuesday that triple sec purveyor Cointreau Corp. was likely to succeed in proving allegations that companies that own and distribute similar orange liqueur Controy have diluted Cointreau's trademarks, issuing a preliminary injunction on U.S. sales of Controy.
