Wet Seal Discriminated Against Black Ex-Manager, EEOC Says
A former worker pursuing a putative class action accusing clothing retailer The Wet Seal Inc. of discriminating against black store managers faced a hostile work environment and had to quit, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said in a determination made public Monday.
