DOL To Ask 9th Circ. To Revive Tip Pool Rule
The U.S. Department of Labor said Wednesday that it will appeal to the Ninth Circuit an Oregon federal judge's ruling that the agency exceeded its authority when it issued a rule barring back-of-house restaurant workers from employer-mandated tip pools.
