    Chattanooga To Make $250M Sewer Upgrades To End CWA Suit

    The city of Chattanooga, Tenn., agreed Tuesday to pay more than $475,000 in civil penalties and implement $250 million worth of improvements to its sewer system, in order to resolve Clean Water Act claims over untreated raw sewage overflows.
