Digitech Can't Dodge AIA Joinder Rules In IP Suit
A California federal judge on Monday split up a patent infringement case against 45 camera companies and electronics retailers, ruling that the Digitech Image Technologies LLC couldn't use "creative" arguments to get around the America Invents Act's mass joinder prohibitions.
