Travelers Sues Pfizer For $47M Over Epilepsy Drug
Travelers Indemnity Co. and several of its affiliates on Wednesday filed a $47 million suit against Pfizer Inc. claiming they overpaid for epilepsy drug Neurontin because of its anti-competitive efforts to keep generics out of the market and its aggressive marketing of off-label uses.
