GameStop Tweaks Settlement, Following Judge's Rejection
GameStop Corp. and employees who filed a proposed class action accusing it of wage-and-hour violations presented a revised version of their $750,000 settlement to a California federal judge Tuesday, months after the court rejected an earlier deal over its inadequate compensation to the workers and flawed payment formula.
