Fracking Secrets Still Vulnerable After Gag Order Ruling
While a Pennsylvania court last week threw out a doctor's challenge to a gag order preventing the disclosure of chemicals used in hydraulic fracturing, it also kept alive the prospect of future lawsuits from physicians seeking to publicly disclose industry trade secrets for medical reasons.

Pa. Doc Loses Challenge To Fracking Gag Order Law
A Pennsylvania federal judge ruled Wednesday that a physician did not have standing to challenge a new state law allowing drilling companies to require doctors to sign confidentiality orders before disclosing the chemical make-up of hydraulic fracturing fluids workers have been exposed to on the job.
