$5M Suit Claims Comerica Improperly Sublicensed Software
A provider of human resource management solutions on Monday launched a $5 million suit in Texas federal court, alleging that Comerica Bank improperly sublicensed and used its proprietary software to provide outsourced human resources support, violating a 1992 licensing agreement.
