    Aetna Hit With Suit Over New Specialty Pharmacy Network

    Specialty pharmacy MedfusionRx LLC has sued Aetna Inc. for allegedly violating Mississippi's "any willing provider" law by canceling a provider agreement between the insurer and the pharmacy and shutting Medfusion out of its pharmacy network, in a case moved to Mississippi federal court Wednesday.
