Dell Unit Can't Escape Improper-Billing Class Action
A New York federal judge on Thursday left largely intact Belsito Communications Inc.'s putative class action against Dell Financial Services LLC over allegations it has caused its business customers' credit ratings to suffer by sending billing statements to incorrect addresses, saying Belsito sufficiently alleged DFS breached its contract with the company.

Dell Faces Customers' Claims Of Billing Blunders
Belsito Communications Inc. hit Dell Inc. with a putative class action in New York federal court Wednesday, saying the computer giant sent billing statements to incorrect addresses, leading to improperly imposed late fees as well as unfair negative credit ratings for Dell's business customers.
