OneBeacon Atty Emails To Ex-ACE Workers Privileged: Judge
A Pennsylvania federal judge on Wednesday refused to force OneBeacon U.S. Holdings Inc. to turn over emails between its in-house counsel and eight employees it purportedly poached from ACE American Insurance Co., saying the communications are privileged.
