    Samsung Can't Duck Fraud Claims In Moldy Washer Action

    A New Jersey federal judge on Monday threw out breach of warranty claims in a proposed class action accusing Samsung Electronics America Inc. of selling faulty washing machines that don't properly clean clothes and leave them smelling of mold, but kept fraudulent concealment and negligent misrepresentation claims in the suit.
