Danisco's Ethanol-Creating Enzyme IP Suit Faces Dismissal
A California federal judge told DuPont Co. unit Danisco U.S. Inc. on Thursday that he is likely to throw out its lawsuit seeking a finding that it never infringed an enzyme patent by Novozymes A/S, saying Novozymes has taken no action indicating a belief that Danisco infringed.
