Epson Denied Coverage For Slew Of LCD Price-Fixing Suits
A California federal judge ruled Friday that a Seiko Epson Corp. unit accused in multidistrict litigation of price-fixing with other liquid crystal display panel makers is not covered under a policy with Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co. Ltd., saying its alleged cover-up does not constitute advertising.
