Ben & Jerry's Gets Ice Cream-Themed Porn Banned For Now
A New York federal judge on Thursday issued a temporary restraining order against Caballero Video, the porn production company facing a trademark infringement suit from Ben & Jerry's Homemade Inc. over its ice cream-themed DVD titles.
