Terror Victim Sues Warwick Hotel Over Ahmadinejad Stay
A survivor of a 1997 terrorist attack attributed to Hamas and the Islamic Republic of Iran sued the Warwick New York Hotel on Tuesday, claiming its arrangement to host Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad during his visit to the United Nations General Assembly violates the Terrorist Risk Insurance Act of 2002.
