Writers' Show Idea, 'The League' Aren't Alike, Creator Says
A co-creator of FX Networks LLC's "The League" urged a New York federal court Tuesday to dismiss copyright infringement claims against him, arguing that the television program bore little resemblance to a show idea by the two writers who lodged the suit.
