Tyco Hands Over $26M To End FCPA Cases
Tyco International Ltd. on Monday agreed to pay more than $26 million to resolve criminal and civil allegations that it violated the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act by bribing government officials in various countries to secure contracts and hiding the illegal payments in its financial records.
