A U.S. trustee urged a California bankruptcy court Wednesday to convert a get-rich-quick real estate business owner's Chapter 11 case to a Chapter 7 to prevent the man from using his bankruptcy status to avoid paying $113 million in fines to the Federal Trade Commission.
