BP To Pay Penalty Over Failed Drills At Md. Oil Terminal
BP Products North America Inc. has agreed to pay $210,000 in penalties to resolve a suit brought by the federal government alleging the oil giant failed two oil spill response tests at a terminal on the Chesapeake Bay, according to a consent decree made public Friday.
