LG Asks 2nd Circ. To Undo Arbitration In Wi-LAN Patent Spat
LG Electronics Inc. turned to the Second Circuit on Tuesday in a bid to reverse a Manhattan federal judge's order compelling arbitration with plaintiff Wi-LAN USA Inc. over television technology, but the judges appeared to doubt the device giant's assertion that the patent-licensing plaintiff waived arbitration by going to court.
