Prudential Can't Ditch Disability Benefits Class Action
A New Jersey federal judge on Tuesday trimmed a benefits denial claim from a proposed class action contending a long-term disability plan administered by Prudential Insurance Co. of America shorted a truck driver on payments, saying the claim was filed too late.
