Four Loko Maker, Liberty Units Settle Death Coverage Suits
Two Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. units and the makers of caffeinated malt liquor beverage Four Loko reached a settlement with undisclosed terms, ending a second lawsuit over five deadly incidents, according to documents filed in Illinois federal court on Tuesday.

Liberty Wants Off Hook In New Four Loko Death Suits
Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. units on Thursday again sued the maker of caffeinated alcoholic beverage Four Loko, seeking to avoid coverage of five underlying lawsuits linking the drink to automobile deaths, a stabbing, a police shooting and a fatal trolley accident.
